On the "Prison Diary" TV series, I worked as an Art Director, Concept Artist, and DMP Artist. My main challenge was transforming locations filmed in Eastern Europe into convincing American streets.
Art Direction: Developed the visual approach for adapting the real-world locations and ensured it was applied consistently throughout the series.
Concept Design: Created concept art for key scenes that required transforming the locations into an American urban environment.
Matte Painting: Created matte paintings throughout the series, replacing key objects and backgrounds, extending streets, changing skies, adding graffiti, and introducing other details to build a cohesive and believable vision of America.
